Playbar install - no light

Installing new Playbar. Plugged it into outlet as step 1 according to the set up guide. I get no green light, in fact no light at all.

Try a different wall socket? Check to be sure that the cord is properly seated in the PLAYBAR? Contact Sonos to discuss it?

While it's rare, every company that makes electrical equipment can have a failure rate. But much more likely to be the cases above.
