Play 3 won't connect to Wi-fi

Hi - I've had my Sonos system for several years now and never had any problems. Today my Play 3 suddenly stopped working. I connected it to the router via ethernet cable and it works fine, but when I try to revert to wi-fi (following instructions from this site) it isn't recognised. Any ideas?

Submit a diagnostic and call Sonos, that is the best contact method when you suspect you'll be needing a replacement. Don't dwaddle, the Play 3 has been discontinued so the clock is ticking.
