PIN Doesn't Match FCC - Horrible Experience

I just bought a Sonos Move and had to take a flashlight and magnifying glass to get the pin number. You put microfont that is black on black and I’m not sure how anyone is supposed to retrieve it but I did and confirmed with a micro zoom photo.  When I try to go through setup it says the pin doesn’t match the FCC ID. 

This is an awful first experience for a premium product.
