No response when authorise QQ Music on SONOS Android controller

We bought a sonos play bar, but cannot add QQ Music services via sonos controller on android device.

When we click Authorize button, nothing happen, basically no response.

Any idea?

The issue is resolved by using the controller on iPhone instead of Android. When click on the Authorize button on iPhone controller, it redirects to the authorization web site, but nothing happens on Android ...

Have you checked QQ to make sure their authorization servers are up?

I'd also recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of replicating this issue, and contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

Might be worth submitting a diagnostic from the Android then, and help them attempt to figure out what's going on and fix it.
