no longer have old email details and want to use my new email account, nightmare trying to change,please help

Hi, Macca6468. Thanks for your post. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to change your system's registered e-mail address, your e-mail address on the community...? Can you tell us where exactly it's going wrong? Thanks in advance!
Change the email address registered to the speakers, so to play the speakers

Yes. You can transfer the account your Sonos system is registered and linked to.

Using the Sonos app for iOS or Android: Open the Sonos app. From the More tab, tap Settings > Account Settings > Transfer Sonos to a new account

Using the Sonos app on Mac or PC: Select Help > Account Settings > Transfer Sonos to a new account
