Hi, I've just changed router and the sonos devices naturally need to connect to the new network. I've plugged in a device (play 5) to the router via ethernet but they're not showing in the app so I can't get to advanced settings and set them up. This is supposed to be simple but is bitterly frustrating!

When replacing a router you should shut down and reboot EVERYTHING on the network. Restart in the following order:
Wired SONOS units
Wireless SONOS units
NAS if you use one
Allow each step to complete before moving to the next step
It is also helpful to "Reserve" (or "Fix") IP addresses for any devices that are regularly on the network.
