Network problem

I have jus bought the Ikea Symfonisk speaker.

One speaker is cabled to my router.

When I open the app which I have downloadet today the app says it needs to go with the latest software - and I need to choose “search for updates”.

I then need to protect my system with password - and I need to make a password.

I can then make an account og login to existing - I try to login to existing.

When I login It says than I have a network problem. I must tjek internet connection(is okay) and all speakers are connected(is okay - speaker is cabled to router) and if I am still experiencing problem I must tjek systemsettings on my phone to make sure date and time is correct???

What to do?
