Question

MacOS version is picking up all iTunes Media not just music

I have been having problems with the spurious 'access denied' and was trying various things including removing a re-adding my library. For reasons I don't know, I was not asked where my music folder was, it just assumed an "iTunes Media" directory. Meaning that all movies, tv shows, podcasts etc are also part of the sonos library :(

And there doesn't appear to be a facility to edit this setting 😕

Remove the shared folder and then re-add it but this time navigate to the lower level music folder
That's the problem... When you add a music folder, you have three choices:

When I select the first, there is no navigation step... it just "knows".

The obvious answer is to use the middle option... probably that's what I had been using and having all the spurious access denied stuff. Using "My Music folder" seemed really stable (even though I have to admit my test duration wasn't all that long).
