Looking for technical support by a technician

I have a Sonos system installed in my home that worked for over a year, recently I found out that I can not connect and activate the Sonos system, I tried a follow the instruction for reconnect but it does not work.  I am looking for a technician to come over to deal with the problem.

You could use a Google search to find/request a local audio/video systems installer to come out to resolve your issue, or if you have the time to explain things you could discuss your situation with Sonos Support Staff on the phone using this LINK

Another alternative is to outline/post the network and Sonos system setup here in the community for other Sonos users to see and perhaps talk you through some steps to try yourself, if you have the time to share that detail.
