Logging out of Sonos Account

Hi all,

Have rented a house for a week and the owners have a Sonos Play 5 that is new and not set up. They do not have a sonos account and they are happy for me to log in with my credentials. Can I log in and then log out completely when we leave next week?

Obviously I don’t want to leave my account logged in for the future guests!

I’ve tried to search the forum and google but can’t find the answer!

Thanks in advance.

If you set it up under your account, then factory reset it before you leave, it will be just like you weren't there.

Ok great, thanks for the advice. I just signed in with my account and I assumed I’d see all my services (Spotify, tidal etc) but it seems I have to re-add these again. I thought it would know my linked accounts from my sonos account login?! I guess not!!

No. Those are stored on the players themselves. That's another reason to factory reset them else others will be able to access whichever music services you set up unless you changed the passwords.
