Sonos wont connect to my internet

Any chance of getting more information? What Sonos device do you have? How are you trying to connect it to your internet? What kind of router do you have? What frequency is the router on, 5Ghz, or 2.4Ghz, or both? What device is your controller on, and does that device connect to your wifi?
