I have an existing Sonos 1 system set up in may name (Containing both S1 and S2 compatible devices) which I share with my wife. We now to wish install a new Roam for her exclusive use on her iPad.Before trying to set up the new Roam on my wife’s ipad I took the precaution of deleting her existing Sonos 1 app. I then unplugged our router for some minutes before using the Sonos 2 app. to set up a new system exclusively for the Roam. Unfortunately our router (BT hub 8) persists in inviting me to use the S1 App. to connect to the existing mixed S1 system (with which, of course, Roam is not compatible). No option is offered for creating a new S2 system. How do I break free from this stranglehold please?
Hi all,Last year I deleted my Sonos ‘Bridge’, and replaced the Sonos ‘Connect’ with the ‘Amp’. When I log in and look at My System, it is still telling me I have the Bridge and the Connect. Its not a big deal, but being a simple soul, I’d like to get rid of the reference to those items that I no longer have. Any idea how to do that, please?Thanks in anticipation,
Hello! I have a pair of sonos ones and a 3rd gen sub in my living room, that I used so far for playing streamed music from the sonos s2 app. I’d like to be able to play music from record player and stream audio from my TV to that speaker set. Is that possible? what options do I have?
We have had three Sonos products on one system but recently the Sonos One SL disappeared from the system for no apparent reason. We have tried to re-add it to the system by resetting the factory settings. The app says it recognizes the product and has added it to our system; it also says that the product may not appear initially and, if so, to un-plug the product then turn it back on again to complete set up. I have done that several times but the product is still not appearing on the system with the other products. I have also rebooted my wi-fi but that has made no difference.What can I do?
I feel like this topic likely already exists but am having trouble finding it in the forums. I have a new Arc and Sub. My wife strongly prefers the Arc to be wall mounted. I am trying to decide if I should buy the Sonos branded wall mount which changes the power when wall mounted vs buying an off brand mount that does not make any adjustments to the sound of the Arc. My question is: Will the sub make up for any lost power of the mounted arc? will there be much of a difference in sound quality between a mounted Arc with Sub vs an unmounted Arc with Sub?
Sonos Roam - Alexa Voice Assistant doesn't recognize smart devices. I saw that the Alexa services were down until yesterday but the status shows that it is back up and it is still not working. I am quite disappointed with the Sonos Roam; I was very excited to get my first Sonos product. However, the setup has been so tedious, so many issues with making the device just play some music from my phone. And, the secondary reason why I bought this product was because it would be Alexa-enabled, even that doesn’t work. Honestly, if it doesn’t work soon, I plan to return this product.
Hi all I’m new to Sonos would appreciate all the suggestions possible ,I have 13 play 5units all up I’m trying to set up for my cafe but I have 3 different areaindooroutdoorand courtyard what is the best way to connect all these and play all together or have a option of playing only 2 area not all 3 .do I need to get Sonos boost and how does that help . sometimes wifi isint the best options because I used to have bose soundlink adapter and always used to drop out not sure if it’s because of poor internet or the app crashes.
Does anyone know how to get the ROAM to turn on? I’m trying to finish setting it up but I can’t turn it on after charging it, also I’m getting multiple errors…888, 1001 and 1008. I’ve charged it so 888 shouldn’t be an issue and the other codes I can’t find. Also tried resetting but that doesn’t seem to work.

Se collegassi al Lifesyle 18 il SONOS PORT è compatibile? riuscirei a trasmettere anche la musica dei CD sugli altri chromecast audio?grazie per le informazioni
