If you have a CONNECT, a CONNECT:AMP, or a PLAY:5, just connect a cable from the headphone out on the Mac to the Line In on the Sonos.

Note that there's a minimum of a 70ms delay on a line in for Sonos, as they convert the signal to digital, and buffer it to be sent across the Sonos network.

There's a plethora of other threads about YouTube and Sonos, you may want to do a search and read through them.

You can also play through airplay 2 if your speakers and at least one device supports it, what equipment do you have?
