Hisense TV & Beam - no sound

Hi all,

Looking for some help with my beam setup.

I’ve followed the relevant steps to the best of my knowledge in the app & on my television. I am able to use the Beam via Alexa to turn the TV on/off but I have no sound output from the Beam on Netflix and other streaming.

Connected via HDMI Arc
Hisense U7A
