disconnected xfinity internet and want to connect to Verizon hotspot--jetpack. how?

Unfortunately, unless your Jetpack has an Ethernet connection, you cannot reconfigure the wireless credentials on the Sonos. You can do one of two things, temporarily wire the Sonos to your old router and connect a controller device to that in order to change the credentials to the Jetpack SSID and password, or set the SSID and password on the Jetpack to match the current settings on the Sonos.

jgatie is correct. I renamed my new Jetpack the same SSID and Password. And "BAM" it all worked. The trick is getting the system on a temporary wired router. Do your setup and then switch over to the Jetpack.
