We have upgraded and reset our router and ever since then when we plug Sonos wire to the back of router, it interrupts all of our internet connections. In order for our wifi and internet to work again we have to have Sonos wire disconnected. When we try to access Sonos on App it is showing that it is trying to connect to incorrect Network (don't know if this is the actual issue). Where can I go or what can I do to fix this, or do I need someone out here??
