I moved from Europe to Africa and cannot connect to my Sonos One anymore
I followed the instructions to connect to a new WIFI network, did try several times but without success
Could you please help?

1. Change the SSID (network name) and password of your new router to the name and password of your old router.
2. Move your One to a different location.
3. Connect your One directly to your router with an ethernet cable just to test your speaker’s ability to connect to the network.
