Cannot connect to SONOS

I moved from Europe to Africa and cannot connect to my Sonos One anymore

I followed the instructions to connect to a new WIFI network, did try several times but without success

Could you please help?

1. Change the SSID (network name) and password of your new router to the name and password of your old router.

2. Move your One to a different location. 

3. Connect your One directly to your router with an ethernet cable just to test your speaker’s ability to connect to the network.

yes I tried but it did not help

Wifi is also working fine

To clarify, don’t do all of those steps above together. Just do one step at a time and test.

Make sure the new router is using a 2.4Ghz b/g/n channel as well.

 

#3 in GuitarHero’s post is pretty important, too.
