Can't Finish Set Up

I have a Sonos Player:5 generation 2... I have frequent connection issues so I reset the whole thing. When setting up the system again in my controller, the app won't let me get past the part where it has you press the pairing button and the speaker chimes. It chimes every time but never prompts me to go forward with the set up.. I literally cannot press next. What is going n????

I suspect the "frequent connection issues" are in fact either network issues or a defective Play:5.

If you have any Wireless Range Extenders or Powerline Adaptors unplug those first, then try again to finish the setup. if it fails again, ask Sonos Support for assistance.
