I have my music files (and others) on an external hard drive (ED) which is attached to my router. I have tried to add this folder to my music library but I get an error message saying that "Sonos is unable to add the music folder". This is new - I previously had an NAS attached to the same router and could log that, however the NAS failed and I replaced it with an ED. That ED failed so has been replaced. Now I can not access the drive. I can correctly find the network/router/folder using the browse function in the setup process and there is no username/password needed so I don't know why it does not now work, as it did before. Any help much appreciated.

So, to be clear, you've used the exact same router with a different USB drive successfully with Sonos? If that's the case I would start to suspect the formatting (NTFS/FAT/etc) on the replacement drive could be a factor. Does it differ from the old drive?
