Android app does not see wireless Sonos five

Hi, 

 

Excited to start working with Sonos. The five is my first device.

 

Tried to it up yesterday. Didn’t work over Wifi, so I set it up with a ethernet connected. This worked, streamed some music.

Back to wifi setup: Android app cannot see the Five. Five is assigned an IP address, www.sonos,com tells met the five is online.

Network setup:

  • Genexis modem/router with DHCP
  • Directly cabled Unifi AP with 2.4GHz network. 
  • Android device connected to same AP and network as Five.

Don’t know where to start fixing this.

Solved it by uninstalling app and resetting five. Re-setup and connect to 5G network.
