Excited to start working with Sonos. The five is my first device.
Tried to it up yesterday. Didn’t work over Wifi, so I set it up with a ethernet connected. This worked, streamed some music.
- Genexis modem/router with DHCP
- Directly cabled Unifi AP with 2.4GHz network.
- Android device connected to same AP and network as Five.
Don’t know where to start fixing this.

Solved it by uninstalling app and resetting five. Re-setup and connect to 5G network.
