amp stops playing

My new Amp, purchased yesterday, will play for a minute and stop, and the LED blinks orange and white. I cannot figure out what the “fault condition” is, please help.

Ive tried the solns suggested here and factory reset - no luck.

They sometimes aren't all that prevalent on weekends, if you're looking for a quicker response to your diagnostic, I'd recommend that you contact Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I suggest the phone folks, they have more tools available because they're on the phone with you, but they are only available Monday through Friday during business hours. Both the Twitter and Facebook support folks are available 24/7.
