My sonos roam is a year or so old, I used it last summer on my deck. I had some initial difficulties keeping it linked to my system, it would often go offline and I would need to restart it. But earlier this week I went to use it and it was dead. It was on its original charger, but not charged. I plugged it into a different outlet changed the cords and usb, still wont charge. I am not sure what to do next. I’m bummed as it doesn’t look like customer service is that great. I was hoping to just get a replacement, as its not that old.

I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
