Ive tried everything - hold power for 20 sec - hold play - press & release power hold on for ever

while charging there is an orange light.

Do I need a funeral?

Hard to tell. I’d certainly suggest a call to Sonos Support to discuss it.


we tried it with chat support and they have agreed to replace it. Thats the Sonos I know been a user more than 20 years


I’ve had the same issue. Worked for a month and has been dead ever since. 


Hey reach out to customer service they replaced mine for FREE even after more than 2 years

Sonos is the BEST

Any manufacturer (not just Sonos) would replace a faulty item that failed after such a short space of time. Call Sonos customer support.
