VPN tunnel makes connection to fail
When you have a VPN tunnel open, it seems SONOS is unable to connect to your home network. Close your tunnel and things will work just fine.

i have the same experience with OSX app
I have the exact same problem. Windows 7 or 10. Everything is working fine except when I build a VPN tunnel to the office. Other home devices like printers and storage are still available with the tunnel. I can still ping the SONOS devices, but the SONOS software on the Windows PC's does not see SONOS environment anymore.
