When I try to access an incident online to respond to it I get the error message:

This page isn’t working

sonos.custhelp.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This happens in Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox and I've tried it on a Windows PC and on Android tablet and phone. Clearing cookies makes no difference - unlikely that it would when it's happening on different browsers on different devices. It therefore seems like it's a server issue, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi everyone, this has been resolved now. You shouldn't run into this error anymore.

Yes, I am having this same issue. Different devices / browsers.
I have the same issue, since days now: either i get a "too many redirect" messages, or the windows hangs simply...
