YouTube Music Premium not recognized in Sonos

Sonos do not recognize account of You Tube Music Premium, and keep asking to hire the Premium services even if they are working.

I understand that you are having issues with using setting up Youtube music on Sonos. I would like for you to send us a diagnostic report of your system to see what the cause of the issue is.

 

I also would like to ask if you tried adding Youtube music from another phone or computer. I want to see if the issue follows on another device.
