Unable to play iTunes Music Library

I just bought a new iMac, and am unable to play music from iTunes. I am getting an error that reads "unable to play....m4a cannot be found". I have all the updated software. Please help! I sent a diagnostic #8412393. Thank you!

Hello there, Nolavail. Thanks for posting and for submitting the diagnostic report. In most cases where users are experiencing problems with their local library, I recommend giving our technicians a call. They are able to set up a remote session and make sure the folders and permissions are set properly.
