unable to connect to mac or iTunes library

Dear Sirs, I have tried everything in the FAQ, changed the laptop name, re-booted, checked firewall, sharing, network etc. but the sonos is unable to connect to my library and 'cannot find the macbook'. logged a diagnostic 8014259. please advise, thanks
