unable to add music file

Getting “the computer refused to let Sonos connect to it”. When trying to add music library. Firewall settings correct. No other computers on network. How do I fix?

  • What kind of computer is it?
  • What operating system and version number are you running?
  • Have you submitedt a system diagnostic and contacted Sonos Support to discuss it?
  • Why do you say it's not a firewall issue?
  • Do you have any virus protection programs running?
  • What version of the Sonos controller application are you running?
  • Which Sonos speakers do you have, and how are they connected to your LAN?
