U Turn Orbit Buzz & sounds Flat
Hello, just got my Sonos Play 5. I have a U Turn Orbit without pre amp. I went ahead and ordered the External Pluto phono pre amp. I got everything hooked up tonight and was underwhelmed by the sound. It sounds extremely flat. There is also a noticeable buzz/hum when no music is playing. Any thoughts on this???

Hello there, mtcross70. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. In most cases where you can hear an audible buzz when playing from a turntable, the first thing I test is another source. This tests if you plug in a different source into Sonos if the issues persist. If so, try a different Line-in cable. If you've tried both a different source and new cables, you may need to give our support technicians a call to get a closer look at what we are using to bring the turntable into Sonos.
