spotify wont play

Our spotify is just loading when we choose the speaker (stue). Are on the same network, added spotify on google assist, but still won't stream through speaker (arc). Just say "connecting"

Seems like the Spotify app isn't availible for integration on the Sonos app under music services. Very very strange.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

First, please ensure both the Sonos and Spotify apps are fully up-to-date.

Next, I’d recommend a reboot - your speakers, your router and your phone, in ascending order of difficulty/hassle. Test between each reboot, and stop rebooting when it works. 😁 For the router, switch it off for at least 30 seconds.

If this doesn’t help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

On both Android and iOS.

You may need to set your address on the account page at www.Sonos.com, they use that data to filter what you can see in your account when adding a service.
