Spotify regularly can't find devices

As mentioned in the title, Spotify regularly can't find my sonos devices. 

Sometimes it just works. Sometimes one of my two devices can be found but often enough none can be found. All devices are always visible in the sonos app.

I’ve read a lot about the problem an yes some workaround work sometime. Like power cycling the speaker or my router.

But these are multi hundred dollar speaker and if i have to power cylce them everytime i want to use them, i might as well just connect a bluetooth speaker.

I can see the same behaviour on multiple devices. A Pixel 2 and a Pixel 3. 


Both devices are connected to different Unifi APs and have static IPs. 


Is there any way to troubleshoot the devices themselves? Like diagnostics logs to see if they have trouble connecting to spotify servers?
