Is there a way to rearrange the order in which items appear in the Music Source window? Ideally, I want to bring my Spotify playlists up to the main page so I can see them right away. As it is now, I have to go through several steps to get there.

The Spotify item ordering is stupid and there is nothing that can be done about it. However you can Favorite the Your Library entry so it shows up in Favorites (or My Sonos), though even then it goes to the end of that page.
Agreed, it’s super annoying, their suggestions are crap.
I only listen to my own playlists that I update on either a daily or by daily basis.
Scrolling to the bottom past crap I don’t need, want or listen to is tedious.
Making the list a favourite or ‘adding to Sonos does FA to improve this.
Their ‘random’ is way too predictable & isn’t that ‘random’ as it plays almost the same selections each time & almost every time too Zzzzz.
Can’t wait for a better music service & then bye Spotty.
