Spotify on Sonos

Okay...just tried to use Spotify again (I am a Premium subsciber)...and it won't play

Ive updated everything,  restarted play5...on iPhone and Samsung tablet

Still no go !!!

What in The Wild World of Sports is going on??

What exactly happens when you try? (Ideally with a screenshot).

I can play music on my iPhone or Tablet… but when i try to activate my says ..connecting...but never goes farther...eventually nothing

Also...this happens when using Spotify app
