Spotify issue

My Spotify is randomly cutting out.

I ran a diagnostic #1966249332

I have at least 20 Sonos products. Between Home and work. I have never had an issue with Pandora but just started using Spotify and it has been really spotty. Might work for an hour they will cut out randomly every few minutes or skip in the middle of songs.

I see from the diagnostic report that you have sent to us that there is a DNS issue when reaching out to Spotify. I would like for you to unplug your router and Sonos speakers then plug them all back in. That should clear up the miscommunication with the network.

Take another diagnostic after testing out music playback and reply back with the number.

You’ll probably have to plug them back in before testing, though ;)
