Spotify disconnects despite only one source being used

Spotify disconnects with the message due to more than one source being found, but only one controller is used and all other zones have no music / or queue. Tried clearing all queues etc. but has made no difference. Seems to be a random occurrence.

I have to wonder if by chance someone else has your password for your Spotify account, and is using it somewhere else. Have you tried changing the password?

If you have, I'd recommend that you submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at. If you do it within 10 minutes of the disconnect, I'd think the log files submitted might have some additional information in them, although there's no guarantee of that.
