Still unable to connect to my Play 5 with spotify using my Android phone. Any solutions/idea when this is going to be corrected?

Can you provide some more details, so that we can help get you sorted:

1/ Have you added Spotify as a Music Service in the Sonos App?
2/ Dows this work via a PC or other device?
3/ Can you explain what actions you are taking on your phone and what messages are displayed?
Yes, Spotify will play through the Sonos App but not through the Spotify App itself.
The Play 5 shows up as an option to connect too but doesn't.
I think other people are experiencing the same problem.

Yes there was/is a problem with Spotify Connect, not sure what the status of any fix is.

I have the same issue.. Quite annoying when Spotify playlists does currently not Work in the Sonos app.. 😞
It may have something to do with this?

Spotify Connect on Android devices is being worked on too, there's an issue that should have a fix coming soon to the Spotify app. That one is being tracked here.

The one linked from today is specific to Spotify Playlists.
