Spotify Connect not working with Amp (gen 1)

I have the Sonos Amp (not the black one, the older one) and Spotify Connect does not show the speaker when connected via WiFi. If the Amp is wired to the network it shows up.

How do I fix this? I want to use WiFi.

Try the follow ing in the orde listed

  3. Check you routers admin page for updates and install if available
  4. Reboot your router
  5. Power cycle your iOS or Android device
  6. Make sure your device and the Sonos app are up to date
  7. Sign into Spotify
  8. Plug-in your Sonos 1x1 and let each come back B4 moving to the next
  9. Test your Sonos

If no joy….Submit a diagnostic within 10 minutes of the next occurrence, post the reference ID in this forum and call Sonos Tech support or contact them via Twitter or Facebook. You may have a failing network card in your Connect: Amp.

Can you see and use the unit when using the Sonos app?
