My Spotify app periodically loses connection with all the Sonos speakers.
I can use the Sonos app no problem but since last year the Spotify app is near useless when wanting to play to speakers .
Both apps are on the latest versions.

Sounds like a wif issue.
I would recommend submitting diagnostic (settings...help) and post the number here or call sonos to look at the diagnostic.
Another option to try is sonosnet - hook one of your speakers to your home router and see if the issue clears up.
