Sonos started to complain about my NAS?

Hello,

i have a Fritzbox 7490 with an attached hard disc. It looked liked it worked, but at some point it started clipping and skipping audio files. A flash message shows the "connection to the nas" was lost. However, the NAS is still accessible and all, also no issues from fritzbox.

I found a couple of error messages in the log (see below). Yesterday it helped to restart the Fritzbox and connect the hard disc to another slot. Today I restarted the whole system, Sonos, used another USB slot and everything, but it still keeps skipping the songs after a couple of minutes play.

I have the feeling it was getting worse the past days.

Is there anything which I can do to make Sonos work with my NAS?

Thanks for any advice,
Christian

Hey there, dunsany. Thanks for posting about this. In the case where users describe problems accessing their music library, I would recommend giving our support technicians a call to troubleshoot this with you in real time. They are able to set up a remote session and get a closer look at the connectivity between Sonos and your NAS.

Hello @Keith

thanks I will do that. After a lot of debugging I start to believe my Bridge started to fail me. I contacted support to confirm my assumptions.

Christian
