I subscribed to this, free trial at the moment but I still have ads and cannot skip tracks.
Have I missed something?
The S2 app shows Sonos Radio HD stations so it’s definitely enabled
To clarify, my S2 app is fully up to date and I have done a reboot of all speakers. Seems to be the same. Still have ads and can’t skip tracks but it does say ‘Sonos Radio HD’ on the station itself.

It can sometimes take up to 30 minutes for your subscription level to change on your system. Given that your post is a couple of days old, are you able to use the Sonos Radio HD benefits now? If not, I suggest getting in touch with our customer care team who can look into the issue for you.
