Sonos does not show iTunes playlists after switching to OSX Catalina Music app

Using Sonos S1 Controller v 11.2.2. Since I have switched to the Music app on my Mac (Catalina 10.15.6) Sonos does not show my iTunes imported playlists. The music app does not generate a iTunes Library.xml file anymore but it’s possible to export a Bibliotheek.xml (bibliotheek is Dutch for library) filewich I did. My Music and the .xml file are stored on my Synology NAS and Sonos works fine except for showing the iTunes playlists.

How can I solve this.

Hi @meh1965, thank you for reaching out.

Since you upgraded to Catalina, I recommend calling our Phone Support.

They’ll have the option to screen share with your computer and check the issue for you. If you allow them of course.

The main issue is that Sonos is looking for a folder address “/Users/user/Music/iTunes” which doesn’t exist in Catalina.

So calling our Phone support will be the best option.
