Sonos and Spotify issues

Every now and then I get the following problem. Using the Sonos app I want to start playback from a Spotify playlist. I select shuffle and nothing happens. I get error messages like “Can’t add songs to queue” or “Error 701” or similar. Tried the usual things like rebooting speakers as well as router bu still not resolved. Any useful advice on this rather tiresome issue?
