Separate Accounts and Apple Music Issues

Scenario:
We have 1 Sonos "account" (several speakers) associated with both a Apple Music and Amazon Music account at our home residence.
We have another Sonos "account" (1 speaker) at our other residence also associated with the same Apple and Amazon Music.

When Apple Music is playing (Radio) on both accounts/residences it will only play one song and stop.
When Apple Music is being played on one account but Amazon is playing on the other there is no issue.

Question:
Has anyone else experienced this and or know a work around for it? We would like to be able to listed to Apple Music on both "accounts".

There is no work around. The music services limit the number of installs/devices playing simultaneously to prevent sharing of account info. If they didn't, there would be nothing preventing one account from being shared by an unlimited amount of users.
