This particular issue was resolved, as marked in November of last year. If you are having similar problems, might I suggest creating a new, separate topic with details of what you are experiencing? Additionally, reproducing the problem and immediately submitting a diagnostic report would be most helpful. Be sure to jot down the confirmation number it gives at the end. We will need that to pull up the diagnostic data. Thanks!
