Problem streaming Tidal


After years without a problem, I am now getting a message when I try to stream Tidal.

Unable to play (track name) - cannot connect to TIDAL because the server cannot be found.

Not at all sure how to solve this. Can anyone help?

I have the same issue
That’s odd. Have you tried rebooting your router? It sounds like the speakers aren’t able to reach the tidal server in order to start the stream.

If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend posting a diagnostic, and then getting in touch with Sonos directly.
