I have spent around 2 years building playlists for various occasions and moods but they have recently disappeared off my Sonos control app and there are currently no playlists on the playlists list.

Please help!

Hi

Try this in the order listed...

  1. Unplug all Sonos
  2. Check your router’s admin page for updates and install if available.
  3. Reboot your router
  4. Power cycle your controller
  5. Make sure the Sonos app is up to -date
  6. Plug-in you Sonos 1x1 and let each come back B4 moving to the next
  7. Look for your Playlists

Let us know if they came back. Cheers!

Edit: Under no circumstances attempt a factory reset as that will surely remove all your lists for all time.

Note there are Sonos Playlists, Imported Playlists, and many music services also support their own Playlists. Make sure you are looking in the right place for the right kind of playlist.

I have recently done a Sonos app update and I now can’t save new browsed playlists to my Sonos playlist. I’m a S1 user, according to the update. Please help.

Hi Greg

I have a similar problem that appeared after a sonos “update”.

I am not sure how to point you to my post (click my user name maybe?) but it I found a workaround - it’s a bit of a faf but might help.   Good luck!
