What apps can I use that will play a full album/CD from one artist? I do have my Apple library but not sure if there is an app for me to access that content.

There are many music streaming apps that can play full albums from individual artists like Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, and Tidal to name a few. You can access all of these music services and many more on the Sonos app:

If you want to play music from your Apple music library on your phone, you can also use AirPlay to play the music on your Sonos Ones and Beam:
