play by directory, and 5550 kbs flacs

how can i chosse a directory to be played, and alson why the limit of the flacs is 1400 kbs some have 5800. I remark if i passe by the 3.5 jack connected to sonos it plays 5800 flacs files. Is there an update to download ?

Sonos only supports 16-bit FLAC at sample rates up to 48 KHz. Higher resolution (i.e. 24-bit) and sample rates (i.e. 96 or 192 KHz) are not supported.

Sonos will support any audio fed through the 3.5mm jack because it's already been converted from digital to analog by whatever is playing the audio file.

Under Music Library, scroll down the search options. The last one is Folders, which lets you view by folder/directory.
