On the Sonus app, I can see Pandora on the music service, it shows being on my selection but comes up blank. I am in Mexico, so does that make a difference since it worked in the US. It worked for me when I was here in November thru March but I went back to the US for 2 weeks so did I lose the link? Also, when I try to download other services, all comes up in spanish

First off, it's Sonos. Sonus is a different company altogether :)

According to the FAQ here:

Pandora is not yet available in Mexico, so I imagine that would be your issue. You may want to ping Pandora on that, it's them (and their lawyers) that determine what regions can be supported by Sonos.
